Waterlily Girls ,combines my love of painting portraits in mixed media,and waterlilies in which they are living amongst,i was trying to convey a calm peaceful message with this painting.Ifeel it is quite beautifull ,and shimmers with all the Blues,greens ,pinks and hints of gold lily pads.Ihope this painting captures you the way it did whilst I was painting it.It is very illuminating ,and another Monet inspired painting to.It would look stunning on any wall I feel.Painted in acrylics and inks,measuring 100by 100 centimeters.
